Our finca.
A forest we planted back.
Finca Vida Pura is the expression of our reforestation project and of growing our own food.
For years this land was used for cattle, with a monoculture of genetically modified pasture. We found it deeply degraded, with very few trees. In places it was pure mud.
For the last five years we have observed the movements of nature and given it direction. Today the land produces a wide variety of fruits, medicinal and aromatic herbs, and master plants.
The ‘Ice Cream’ banana
The second ingredient in everything we make. It grows all over the finca and gives our açaí its natural creaminess and sweetness.
